what would help mental health?: -practicing mindfulness: (daily mood logs, shadow work, tarot readings)

-healthy outlet for emotions: (gaming? meditation, anything physical, vent art)

-indulgence in hobbies: (entomology, reading, art, figure making, web design, game making)

what can help reach things i want?: - A morning routine - waking up at 7-8:30 bed around 10-11 -reading daily -job hunting daily -daily fitness -daily hobby -learn something daily :)
