- ✔ Increase the water I drink - try and decrease the amount of diet coke I drink, because it's getting ridiculous (definitely drinking less diet/caffeine free coke, think I'm drinking more water lol)
- ✔ Try and eat a bit healthier/cook from scratch more
- ✔ Exercise - find an alternative to gym as too expensive (think getting a job has kind of solved this)
- ✔ Try & find out what is upsetting me other than wheat/gluten - might be oil, but olive oil doesn't seem to affect me, seems to be just veg oil.
- ✔ Decrease time spent on computer/internet - am now reading even more...need to find something else (EXERCISE! Also find a job)
- Stop procrastinating! (never going to happen)
- Don't go crazy when I move back home permanently after uni - aka don't let my Dad drive me crazy.
- Mom has now got a divorce, problem (almost - once we can move out) solved.
- ✔ FIND A JOB - DONE!
