(In no order)
-By far one of the best shows on television, every single season has been amazing thus far, regardless of who's playing the Doctor. David Tennant has been the best thus far, and I'm hoping that Matt Smith (the new doctor) continues the tradition.
-Right now the best show on TV, this is as well-made as it is confusing. Each of the characters is well acted and developed and there are no weak seasons. Excellent.
-Although this is something of a hit-and-miss show (the odd seasons are great and the even ones are meh), when it's on, it's REALLY on and unmissable. A truly pioneering show.
-The newest entry on my list, this ongoing drama is right now the best police show on the air. What gives it its strength are the characters, who you learn to care about very much.
-It may have gone far downhill in its last 2 seasons (there were 4 in all), but Prison Break was arguably the best show on TV for its first 2 seasons, and was about as intense as it came.
-By far the longest running and the best of the L&O offshoots, this is a great show that shows no signs of stopping. I don't watch it quite as much anymore, but it's gotten nothing but better during its 11-12 year run.
-Another truly original show, this has always been one of my favorites. Its strength is its characters, as it's not quite as intense as some of the others on this list. And heading into what could be its last season (its 6th), it hasn't slipped up yet.
-A legendary show, this 3 season 1960's show spawned a franchise, dozens of movies, 4 more spinoff shows, and god knows what else. To this day, it's still one of the best TV shows ever created.
-Now into its 3rd season, this sci-fi comedy is both original and hilarious, and features some of the best characters on TV. Hopefully, it continues on for more seasons.
-One of the funniest and most inventive shows ever created, this is just TV at its finest. Some of the episodes they aired are now cult classics (deservedly so), and every bad movie they riffed on deserved it every bit.
