Rough Draft This is subject to change because A) I may be getting a new job and B) Now that belly dancing classes have ended I am looking for something new to shake up my routine.
- Mondays and Wednesdays: Pilates 7-8pm. Treadmill run (30+ minutes)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Cardio Interval training 5-6pm, Yoga & Pilates 6-7pm, Total Body class 7:45-8:45
- Fridays: Treadmill run (6 mile minimum) with optional power walk intervals
- Saturdays: Yoga 9:30-10:30. Treadmill run (45+ min).
- Sunday: Rest.
Daily: 1) Morning stretch routine. 2) To add - mandatory evening stretches.
