• Run a 5k. Or walk one. As long as you’re active.
  • Stay up for 24 hours.
  • Go a week without Facebook.
  • Read a book a week.
  • Watch a sunrise and sunset.
  • Go to a baseball game.
  • Get your friends to play childhood games like Tag, Red Rover, and Cross the Ocean.
  • Catch fireflies.
  • Volunteer.
  • See a psychic.
  • Go to the zoo.
  • Go to a drive-in theater or a midnight show.
  • Make homemade ice cream/snowcones/popsicles-if you’re feeling adventurous make them boozy!
  • Pick berries.
  • Grow a plant.
  • Shot a film camera for every month. Develop all three at the end of the summer.
  • Host a cocktail party.
  • Have one-on-one dates with members of your family.
  • Try a new food every week.
  • Have a staycation in your hometown.
  • Sing karaoke. If you’ve done it before, then try singing solo.
  • Write a letter.
  • Have a 6th grade style sleepover.
  • Have midnight margaritas for no reason.
  • Take walks.
  • Go on a wine tasting or a brewery tour.
  • Create something.
  • Have a water ballon fight. Or if you want to get really messy, mix in some glitter.
  • Make spray painted t-shirts using tape to make designs. While you’re at it, spray paint some white sneakers.
  • Learn a new sport. Who really knows how to play lacrosse or badminton?
