• Verify that one is not hungry or thirsty, eat regularly
  • Stay warm
  • Don't stay too warm
  • Exercise regularly
  • Get out of the house once a day
  • If wishes were horses, beggars would ride (COPE!)
  • Talk to people instead of imagining what they'll say/are thinking
  • What is the worst thing that could happen?
  • Make a plan/ lists are your friends
  • If something is a problem, give it a set time and then re-evaluate. Problems sometimes go away by themselves.
