• Don't talk too often about future plans; let them form and be free to transform
  • yoga
  • running
  • flossing (preventive care in general!) and eating healthy
  • minimize consumption of alcohol and cigarettes
  • work on projects, explore new ideas (they may not work out but this is part of the so-called process)
  • allow yourself to be silent and concentrate on one thing at a time
  • observe and record with diligence
  • reevaluate but don't get too obsessed with patching up the past
  • reduce waste: reuse and appreciate
  • FOLLOW THROUGH!!
