 
   
  
    - stretch everyday 
- don't stay on the phone all day 
- eat at least two meals / day 
- go for walks a couple times a week 
- read/do something mildly educational every other day 
- watch my posture 
- listen to my body !! 
- stop and calm down b4 i talk when emotional 
- write in journal 
- make things as often as possible even if they suck 
- remember: it will be hard to do these sometimes - try anyway. you will fail sometimes - that's okay. give yourself a break sometimes, and don't punish yourself for resting, but don't give up.
