  • stretch everyday
  • don't stay on the phone all day
  • eat at least two meals / day
  • go for walks a couple times a week
  • read/do something mildly educational every other day
  • watch my posture
  • listen to my body !!
  • stop and calm down b4 i talk when emotional
  • write in journal
  • make things as often as possible even if they suck
  • remember: it will be hard to do these sometimes - try anyway. you will fail sometimes - that's okay. give yourself a break sometimes, and don't punish yourself for resting, but don't give up.
