A plan of my ideal home (definitely NOT within reason)

• Overlooking an ocean or sea
• three floors
  • 1 - study / rumpus / creative
  • 2 - main living area / kitchen / dining room
  • 3 - bedrooms
• On the top level there is an enormous library with a large window, comfy armchairs and floorboards with a big soft carpet.
• This leads into my bedroom, which would have an amazing view of the sea/ocean
• Walk-in-wardrobe :)
• If there are other people living in this house, then their bedroom would be up on the top floor as well
• Staircase walls - white but covered in paintings, drawings, photographs, etc. This is in various parts of the house
• Kitchen - quite large and spacious, but efficient and sustainable
• Living room / dining room. Also light and airy, with plenty of room.
• Fireplace. Coffee table (decorated with home made mosaic). Bonquet. Small vertical bookshelf with magazines and interesting books. Magnetic curtains (see list - my favourite design products)
• TV hidden behind painting that can be slid out of the way ( so the tv isn't too obtrusive)
• There is a room that is almost empty except for the speakers in the corners, and the very small ( approx. 15 x 15 cm) square shelf in the corner, and a port where an ipod can be connected. Two of the walls are mirrors.
• Balcony, with outside chairs and plants
• Piano
• Downstairs, the main room is white but the walls are covered in permanent marker drawing and cartoons.
• TV with wii. Couches and a bonquet
• Table tennis
• Room filled with different paper (like at the art shop)
• Room filled with fabric (like a min spotlight)
• Workshop for a) glass blowing b) wood/metal works c) apparel design
• study - white. no distractions
• really really small room covered in pics/posters/colour samples/tickets/business cards etc.
• Garden - grass. flower beds. a really good climbing tree. with a tree house. and a swing.
• Infinity pool with glass fence and lights that make it look really pretty at night.
• The walls of the whole house will be painted white, and decorated with paintings and photos, etc. There will also be a mix of antique and modern furniture.
• Solar panels, water tanks, etc.
