1 month preparation for all participants who loss weight most is the winner, unfortunately I am the winner from 116 Kg to 105 kg netx to me was my aunt Sarah Deborja who loss 5 Kg and third was my cousin Apple Go who loss 4 kg other participants gained and some maintained their weight not bad for those participants who maintained their weight and sorry for those participants who gained weight

I didn't just simply joined to loss weight but I join to win the price which is 15,000 (PHP) and 1 wrist watch all thanks for my coach for inspiring me ( Kharess V. Cantada ) and so my Journey begin I'm still working with my weight target 80 Kg and 6 pack abs, this is my dream since high school.

date of arrival of my step dad all the way from Canada just to attend my brothers wedding yes brothers its a double wedding finally we're gonna meet him along with my relatives, for sure Mom is excited and wants to jump the date to Oct 18.

• the day to remember for my 2 brother finally they are going to settle down on that date hope they don't mark their shoes saying Help me! when they kneel in front of the ail, everyone is excited specially me I am a little bit excited but not with the wedding ceremony I am excited for the food seems so delicious and classy since its wedding.
