- no simple sugars
- when i was in oregon, i had a freaking three muskateer bar in my suitcase for daysss. that whole trip i had one scoop of gelato, none of this junk all the time bullshit. its just causing me to gain weight.
- i feel like the problems started when i started eating later and later and bigger and bigger meals, and eating junk food and replacing meals with bars, and skipping that afternoon snack. no good.
- no gluten
- rice is fine, rice cakes as well. but just watch that i don't go crazy with starchy carbs.
- no eating after dinner
- no real diet sodas, sugar waters, etc.
