the three main things to focus on until they become a less overwhelming habit instead of something I always always always forget to do

these three

  • schedule in one exercise daily

these are now habits

  • strawberry lights at the rio and no chips or quesadilla
  • belong to a church
  • gel nails
  • shaving and using lotion daily
  • showering on the daily
  • tans and exercises and washes hair weekly
  • wear well fitting lingerie
  • go sit on the roof
  • go to the library
  • no diet soda
  • no sugar free energy drinks
  • no salt
  • no gum/tic tacs
  • no ketchup/ barbeque

and these are potential future goals

  • schedule in two exercises daily
  • see the chiropractor montly
  • no food of any time at the parlour
  • never ever bingeing
  • cleaning my car all the time
  • cleaning room too
  • doing an honesty journal constantly
  • doing tons of artistic pursuits, make crafts
  • framing things in positive thoughts
  • give extravagantly to friends and strangers
  • go on lots of walks
  • having a dignity, identity and agenda that is totally seperate from everything else, including validation from any signifigant other
  • having bible verses memorized
  • only worrying about my reactions in conflict
  • reading a ton
  • resting more
  • working out often and happily
  • eyelashes dyed
  • buying more books
  • clean room
  • coming up with crazy ideas and things to do and then getting people together to do it
  • find a secret place
  • go take pictures
  • go take pictures in Windsor
  • make a collage
  • write short essays or start a novel
  • cut my addiction to desserts
  • make it a habit to work out/ go out daily
  • stop eating after/during drinking
  • start spending 45 dollars a week on food only, really!!!!!!
  • have a snack every day that is cheese and a fruit
  • stop eating anything at the parlour besides coffee
  • had more scripture memorized
  • walked more. Like was crazy passionate about walking and running and had to do it every day or else I feel like I am losing it, instead of the other way around
  • drank more coffee and less diet soda
  • went outside and did something active instead of napping
  • drank less sugary drinks at bars and never ate after drinking
  • biked when I could drive (note to self get a bike get a lock)
