Mug Cake
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- sweetener to taste
- 2 tablespoons of applesauce
- pb2
- cocoa powder
Smoothie
- 1 banana, 1 cup of ice
- 3/4 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of vanilla almond milk

- yoU GUYS MIX BUTTER FLOUR SUGAR TOGETHER AND BAKE UNTIL SOFT AND "DONE" LITERALLY THE BEST MELT IN YOUR MOUTH SHORTBREAD EVER IM DYING BUTTER AND FLOUR AND SUGAR RATIO IS ABOUT 1 : 1.5 : 0.5 IN GRAMS IM NOT ENTIRELY SURE ABOUT CUPS SEE BELOW SO IF IT WAS 100G BUTTER ITD BE ABOUT 150G FLOUR AND 50G SUGAR. SO FUCKING GOOD JUST BASICALLY MIX BUTTER AND SUGAR AND ADD FLOUR UNTIL IT BECOMES LIKE A SOFT SLIGHTLY STICKY BUT MOULDABLE DOUGH for reference: 100g of butter is about 1/2 a cup, 150g of flour is about 1 1/4 cup and 50g sugar is about 1/4 cup
Creamy Cheese ( for soup? )
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Style Shreds - I used Daiya for both
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Style Shreds
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (cashew milk or almond milk)
- 2 tbsp. dairy-free butter or coconut oil
Vegan Crepes
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 serving of egg replacer
- 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
Procedure: Combine all the ingredients. Dollop out small bits of the batter out into a nonstick pan set to low. Follow normal crepe-making procedure. I spread mine out into 11 crepes.
