  • What is the vision for volunteers here? Are we increasing numbers to increase the scope and reach of batyr? Are we keeping just a few vollies? How large do we want the team, how much development can we offer as a volunteer (non paid) group?
• brainstorm potential collaborations with other groups: coffee and chats mental health autonomous, social collaborations with lodge pastoral + ISD, off campus students meetup/ initiative, swotvac study sessions (shout coffee)
