- 6:30-7:30am (exercise 1-4)
- commute: read exp. articles/books/notes/listen to audio
- 7:30-9:15am study/exercise

- Fa study, memorize, exercise by 12pm
- work: 12-5pm (split time between work/research/training)
- leave office 5-6pm > flushing/elmhurst
- take out trash ~8-9pm
- laundry ~9pm
- 11pm-12:00am: cleanse mind, look inside (review what I did well/not do well/what could be done better/what bothered me)
- 12-1:00am: work/research/organize notes
