Tucked away in a back alley resides the small educational center Museum of Sexual Cultures of the World (or World Sexual Cultures.) First opened by Kharkiv Medical Academy in 1999, it is the only museum of its kind in Ukraine. As well as ten halls full of artifacts and exhibits that show different international views of sexuality across the globe, the museum also holds spaces specifically for teenagers to educate on topics including anatomy, STIs, sexual health, and contraception. Married couples or those looking to become engaged are also a target audience.
