Morning Routine
- Wake @ 7am, drink water
- Rinse off body in quick shower (under 5 minutes)
- Wash face, do AM skincare routine
- Eat breakfast (hard-boiled egg, cinnamon-swirl toast, fruit, Rx, OJ)
- Pack lunch (tomato, cheese, and lettuce sandwich, fruit, baked potato chips, celery)
- Get dressed and apply make-up
- Drive to work
Mid-Day Routine
- Work from 8-11:30am
- 10-10:15 email break, drink water
- 11:30-12:30 Lunch break
- Drive to park behind Miskelly's
- Walk in the nature (wear a hat and pack walking shoes)
- Eat lunch and drink water, read or listen to book-on-tape
- Sometimes may run errands (post office, bank, etc.)
Afternoon Routine
- Back at office, floss, brush, and swish
- File nails, moisturize cuticles and apply hand cream, use restroom
- Braid hair to get it out of your face
- Work again 12:30-3:00
- 3:00-3:15 snack break (pear, humus, water)
- 3:15-5:00 Work
- 5:00 get off work
Evening Routine
- Drive home (may run errands, such as park, library, store)
- Get a light snack (cheese stick, fruit)
- Walk around in backyard, play with pets
- Start making dinner
- Eat dinner
- Wash up dishes, tidy bathroom, den, bedroom
- Wash face
- Go on walk
- Work on homework/masters 1.5 hours
- Send email messages to friends
- Hang out with Mom, Julia, Dad, and pets
Nighttime Routine
- Get ready for bed
- Wash face
- Floss, brush, swish teeth
- Brush hair
- Shower, wash and condition hair, and apply body oil or lotion
- Exfoliate, tone, treat, moisturize
- Rx
- Towel-dry hair
- Pick out clothes for the next day
- Read in bed and set alarm
- Go to sleep at 10 or 10:30 pm
Every Other Day
- Benzoyl peroxide
- Wash hair
- File nails
Weekly
- Facial mask
- Pluck brows, chin
- Cut nails
- Paint nails
- Run at park
Monthly
- Wax legs, underarms
- Get a facial
- Dermatologist for Retin-A
- Keep track of money
- Dry brush
- Oil Pull
- Deep-clean and deep-condition hair and body
