- when going to watch movies (at cinemas), DO NOT BUY POPCORN.
- eat yogurt for breakfast everyday
- stop eating nutella as a snack - apples or milk instead
- cut down on cheese/butter
- bring lunch to school
- SLEEP NO LATER THAN 11 PM!!!
- dont eat snacks after dinner
- do swimming independent fitness (once a week)
- go to gym more (once+ a week?)
