• when going to watch movies (at cinemas), DO NOT BUY POPCORN.
  • eat yogurt for breakfast everyday
  • stop eating nutella as a snack - apples or milk instead
  • cut down on cheese/butter
  • bring lunch to school
  • SLEEP NO LATER THAN 11 PM!!!
  • dont eat snacks after dinner
  • do swimming independent fitness (once a week)
  • go to gym more (once+ a week?)
