Zofia did not think that of all the things she would witness on this day, her twin brother would throw a pancake right at her face as her grandparents broke off into groups and were now fighting over the same piece of shitty land that has cursed almost every single person who has occupied it prior to this fight. Zofia quickly grabbed one of the loose milk crates that was scattered across the city hall lobby, and as the city employees watched on in horror but still stuffing their faces full of pancakes though most of the milk that Siegfried had brought to the city hall had been expired. The City Manager of Lawson named Rose Serenity stormed down the stairs to the commotion going on In the lobby. She screamed at the top of her lungs. Siegfried was immediately drawn and everyone stopped at once and Rose Serenity made it aware that the commotion must end now or she will buzz for the authorities to haul everyone off and everyone will be denied. Rose Serenity was handed the scroll from the clerk that was Erna’s application for the former Karl Marx Sexxx Shop building. Rose Serenity called all six of the belligerents to a large conference room that was mic’d up and able to spread the sound across the entire room.

“Listen up, assholes! Both parties will be billed for emergency cleaning services to make their way to this building to clean up the gargantuan mess that you’ve made of my beautiful building. Since the individuals who are requesting the ownership of this shop both seem to lack a prefrontal cortex, it seems as though these scrolls from both parties are poorly written that make little sense. It seems as though one party is attempting to open up a driving school in this location and the other party is currently looking to open up a shop where only milk and pancakes are sold that is called ‘MILK+PANCAKE’. While I regret having to give this approval to you, I have to say that while you will foot the bill to clean up this mess, you both could be a unique business to be invested in but you would have to work with city officials from Lawson in order to get your business up and running to Lawson City zoning codes. Now I know that there was an addendum added to the driving school party’s application that the question of location of this lot and it is indeed the lot that crosses the borders of Lawson, Lake Stanton, Cedar Oaks, and Vine Hills, you must contact one of two people, you must either contact Cynthia Anderson who is in charge of the Lawson Historical Society or you can reach Tabitha Rutver, who is the city historian for Cedar Oaks. You may wish to find out from former owner, Karl Marx, but he is currently unable to mention anything due to a pending lawsuit by the famed Corsica family. Let me clue you all in on the current property war going on between these two families. The complex that houses the shop you’re both attempting to apply for is home to several businesses owned by the Corsica family. The Corsica family actually founded the city of Lawson back in the 1850s when Italian settlers purchased the land that would become Lawson from the tribe that currently oversaw that territory. While all four cities in question were founded in a peaceful manner, another family began to buy up property on the Cedar Oaks end and they are known as a much angrier group known as the Beretta family. I am going to give you a copy of the numbers to reach these individuals. However, I must tell you, they both are from the same family. They are actually a set of triplet sisters known as the Zucci sisters, and they are Kamille, Tabitha, and Cynthia. They are descendants of the Gorgon sisters in Ancient Greece, however, they do not have to share an eye but they do share a love of intuition. If you are familiar with the ABBA McDonald’s, that small building that sits on that same property that looks like some kind of medieval shack, but actually is quite large, that belongs to Kamille Zucci. Kamille Zucci has been a high school teacher for many years but she also has helped stopped serial killers in the past as she often befriends them if they are hot and would end up turning them in. She is also an avid fan of Law & Order so if you listen close enough on some days, you can hear a TV blasting the audios of taped episodes of the show. I apologize for this rant going on and on but I needed to address this. Since I am able to multitask, I was able to also go over the proposal and one-page powerpoint that says “DRIVE” from this scroll from the Driving School party. I have decided that we currently are in need of our own driving school as each of the other cities has their own but none near here. However, you must remember as I award the permit approval to the Driving School team, by Michigan law, you must have a parking lot within 100 feet of your location and we are currently drawing up a document that would require the signatures of Erna, Karl Marx, and by Janet Pokeli, who is the current permit signer of the city of Lawson, and once you have completed this, you will need to speak with either of the city historians mentioned to find out the next step. Due to a lawsuit between the Corsica and Beretta families that involved me signing an NDA, you must confide in one of the Cedar Oaks sisters to truly find out. If you visit Kamille, you must go through the other side of the large building she lives in since she owns a trinket and magic shop that she runs as well. I am warning you that you will have a quicker time speaking with the other Cedar Oaks triplets. I will have the zoning and building city departments reach out to you at the phone number left. I also wanted to quickly speak on the delightful pancakes I was serviced to this morning before the food fight that has likely ruined most of the lobby of this building, they were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever consumed in my entire life. I would have approved you over the driving school had you had more of a thought out plan, we currently have a space opening right down the lot by where the driving school would be where Arlo Sedo is planning on selling back part of his gym size as he looks to expand into other cities. So, we will have a small space and I think a breakfast food only joint would be amazing but there has to be more than pancakes and what seems to be expired milk. If you can concoct a better plan over the next few weeks that adds so more ideas to this breakfast restaurant, I will talk with Arlo Sedo in order to approve the selling of his space to your restaurant idea. He is willing to sell and we are in need of some small diner-type place since we don’t have any of those over there and this actually could serve to be a good idea. It’s just that you might not be profitable for the area if you are only selling pancakes. May I suggest finding yourself a breakfast chef and maybe they can help you? There is a culinary school down past the Channel 9 News building over near the Vine Hills border. Everyone immediately rose up and darted for the door to get into the line to see the secretary. Rose Serenity clued them into some vital information and perhaps would have saved them some money had they talked about the plan first and to find out more from the City of Lawson instead of having a massive food fight but none of them really seemed to give a fuck about that, Erna was one step closer to opening her driving school. She was speaking with Yetta-Irene as Zofia grabbed the large packet they would have to fill out. Nobody apologized for the pancake fight but the Pancake camp also made their way to the other dilapidated Geo Metro in the parking lot as they all cautiously climbed in, ideas were brewing. Zayod had previously restaurant experience during college and loves breakfast food so he wanted to help get his grandfathers’ idea off of the ground. Zofia pondered how if this worked out, she would be one step closer to being around the law office she has wanted to work in for some time. She was riding shotgun and did not hear Erna and Yetta discussing how Yetta would also be one of the drivers for the school and since Zofia was ignoring both of them, she didn’t hear a thing and agreed to it being a good idea when asked by Erna without even thinking. They headed down Avery again and made their way back to the ABBA McDonald’s just in time for lunch and now Tammy was working the drive-thru speaker since the cashier had to go home since the renovations were beginning. They were going to make this place look exactly as it has been for 23 years.
