• no matter how hungry i am i will not eat just before sleeping anymore
  • pack my own lunch for college everyday so i don't spend money on food there -> apple for half 10 (or 11) + sandwiches + side for lunch
  • start going with mum to 'keep fit' classes once a week
  • do my own workout once a week too
  • dress warmly when it's appropriate so i don't feel like getting the bus home when it's cold
  • drink more water (again)
  • big breakfast, reasonable lunch, small dinner -> try
  • start doing my exercise diary again
