• Eat a decent breakfast every day, some whole wheat/bran cereal and a piece of fruit, or a glass of fruit smoothie, or find something yummy yet still healthy in one of Mum's cookbooks if I have time to cook.
  • Avoid red meat if I can help it - if I am given some in a meal, have lots of vegetables and water too.
  • Drink at least 4 pints of water every day.
  • Always have a pint of water with a meal. If I'm having tea or coffee with breakfast, have the water after.
  • Continue taking cod liver oil tablets.
  • Go back to doing my sit-ups, squats and leg-ups routine every evening.
  • Cut out the junk food. Like, for real. If I feel like I desperately need it, like I did with the Galaxy earlier, I drink a pint of water and read a chapter of whatever book I'm reading. Supposedly cravings only last 10 minutes, so it should be OK.
  • Read that Natalie girl's Tumblr as often as possible - it's very inspiring and motivating.
  • Go back to cleansing, toning and moisturizing my face morning and night. It's lovely having good skin and I want to get rid of that irritating patch of spots on my right cheek once and for all.
  • Take time out after dinner every evening to pack my lunch for college the next day. I always end up eating junk at college and worse, spending MONEY on it.
  • If I feel like I'm actually going to crack and reach for the biscuits, come back, read this list, read Natalie's Tumblr, imagine how goddamn good I'll feel after I've beaten the cravings and do a little exercise.
