- get a healthier & whiter smile (floss & rinse everyday)
- eat a vegetable/fruit from every color of the rainbow once per day (ROY-G-BIV)
- examples: red peppers, orange carrots/squash, yellow squash, green spinach/peppers/broccoli/peas, blue blueberries/egg plant, purple egg plant
- watch a TED talk/week
- read for at least 30 minutes everyday
- Visit an art museum once a month...if it's not too expensive/there is a free/cheap event
- Go see a play/opera/symphony/dance group/concert (AHANA ROCKS)
