  • maple syrup
  • yeast (instant)
  • salt
    • start out with two thirds to three quarters of flour
    • two and one fourth yeast
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/4 cup of maple sugar (or something like cane sugar)
    • 1 and a half of dairy milk
    • store for 3 - 4 days or let rise for 60-90 minutes
