- flour
- dairy free milk
- maple syrup
- yeast (instant)
- salt
- start out with two thirds to three quarters of flour
- two and one fourth yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of maple sugar (or something like cane sugar)
- 1 and a half of dairy milk
- store for 3 - 4 days or let rise for 60-90 minutes
