• I vent sometimes. I’m mentally ill & have a lot of issues so I can break down rly bad sometimes.
• I use humor to cope. I tend to make a lot of self depreciating jokes, sometimes I joke about wanting to die (I’m trying to cut back tho). This is a coping mechanism for me.
