There were actually a number of things I did like about college that I can never remember when pressed, so here they are:

• That I made friends with new people
• The food was pretty good
• The Rec Center was beautiful
• My trainer/the private locker room (aka my sanctuary)
• My excellent advisor
• The Honors College
• The brand new beautiful J-School
• The lawn in front of my gorgeous dorm
• That I was thrown into a completely new pool of people in a new state where I only knew a few people and where those that I did know I didn't really see
• My classes
• Prof. Markie and Prof. Foley
• The pretty architecture
• Memorial Union
• The cheap movies every week
• That there were some very cute stores and restaurants in town
• That the campus ice cream store was mere feet from my dorm
• Gumby's and Shakespeare's Pizza
• Hot Box Cookies
• That I am a semester ahead of schedule
• That I can study abroad in London
• How fabulous the job placement is for graduates of the J-School
• That I am getting the most painful classes over with in summer-woo hooo for not having to suffer through these at school!
• That I get to fly home
