- all the featured fashions are very expensive and hardly realistic to a woman living in the real world
- all of the models are insanely skinny and airbrushed
- even though I know it's not possible to look like any of the models because they spend hours in hair and makeup, in addition to being re-touched in photoshop, they still make me feel insecure and that somehow I am not pretty enough
- it is only when I look at the magazines that I feel not pretty enough, because normally I do feel like a I am beautiful
- the fact that guys lust after women in those magazines make me sick, because it is setting an impossible standard for the rest of us
- they make me want to go out and buy things and want things that I don't even need
