- 7.5-hour days
- 30 hours a week
- 30 minutes of both paid and unpaid lunch daily
- 2 days in the office, some weeks it will be all 4
- 2 days work from home
- Day starts at 12 pm, please be in the office
- Please remain near or inside the building for meetings until 4 pm, and on some days, we will ask until 5, but the last hour is usually meant for traveling home and preparing dinner
- If you would like to earn extra income, you may log 40 hours each week, and we will pay you according to your pay band in the hourly section
- Please log all 30 hours in your tooling timesheet; regardless, you will keep your notes in your private repo to further your own tooling, and it will ensure you are actually working
- We highly encourage working 60 hours one week and then coming into the office for the two in-person days, logging the meeting hours, and taking a week off. Or work several 60-hour weeks to complete a project, then take a month off while attending meetings and possibly logging 10 hours weekly.
