- wonderful afternoon with Lotts yesterday
- she chattered, sang and giggled with each activity I provided
- we made cakes, explored buttons and hand prints and glitter stars!
- bubbles go on a "magical journey!"

- kisses blown across the road as I left
- seeing my first born so very happy and living life as he/I dreamed
- fab walk with Alan and doods at twilight, watching twinkling lights appearing over South London
- beginning to tick things off my lists, feeling empowered and pro-active
- phone call with Bob, he's ok
- scrabble with Alan this evening, at his instigation
