• "Cure to a Broken Heart"

I actually genuinely dreaded reading this one just because I KNEW how bad it is or at least to an extent. I've never actually read it fully before this, buuuut.. I've read two or three chapters and they were BAAAD... like smell of green beans bad. It's a NSPSCP fanfic on Wattpad that currently has 8 chapters and it was last updated May 15th, 2020 and thankfully I wont have to worry about it ever being updated again because of the very abrupt and strange ending. No hate to the author, but like so much hate to em at the same time dude /hj. SCP-049 is referred to as "Doc" most of the time,, this is a little confusing because there are hundreds of doctors at the foundation and 053 is referred to as LG for some reason??? The fanfic includes quite a few characters that are completely unrelated to SCP such as Erma who is from a webtoon and Bunnicula. Why the fuck is bunnicula there????? He doesn't need to be there!!! The "plot" of the fanfic is that the Scarlet King is close to escaping and 682, 049, and a couple other characters gather up the seven sons of the Scarlet King even though that would have sped up him escaping which was the exact opposite of what they wanted to do. In the fanfic, the way the Scarlet King escapes is when the seven sons "gather in his temple". Since I am going off the lore in NSPSCP the fact that the sons gathering in one specific spot frees the dude is strange since the way he was going to escape was by seven spears coming together making a portal for him to come out of or whatever idk,, THE SONSSS!!! OMGGG the sons.. it's said that SCPs 239, 5002, 860-2, 682, 965, the one tape worm SCP that takes over people's bodies, and 999 are all the Scarlet King's sons. 239 is a teenage girl and the tape worm SCP is called "sister" so I'm a little confused on how they're the Scarlet King's sons... also 860-2 is a weird creature in a completely different dimension so I really doubt that the thing is one of Scarlet King's sons. Blah blah blah they run around find all the SCPs and basically doing jack shit dude I don't even know anymore ouuuughhh... in the sixth chapter Ruby, Tommy, and Cory show up randomly yayyy I'm soooo excited... oh right another thing I forgot to mention about this fic is that it has images in it.. Like SUPER badly cropped images in it. It also has Youtube videos in it! Why does it need Youtube videos! Author PLEASE lock in!!! The whole thing with the Scarlet King escaping isn't really ever resolved since the whole thing ends with 049 and Yori making out for some reason??? Dawg LOCK IN... like the main problem in the fanfic never gets solved and I feel like the author just lowkey forgot about the reason the characters were gathering random SCPs... 1/20 fanfic.. there were a bunch of grammar/spelling mistakes, inaccuracies to literally any sort of canon, and kinda falls off of the very strange train tracks it was on at the beginning.
