  • 05:30 shower, brush teeth then dress up.
  • 07:40 go to school.
  • 12 - 01:40 training.
  • 05 stay at school to study.

tuesday :

same than monday.

  • 11 - 01:10 training.
  • 05 or 06 stay a hour more.

wednesday :

  • 12 - 02 : training then chill.

thursday :

  • 12 - 01 : football or training.

friday :

  • 01 - 04 running then pe.
