- i read this awhile ago and can’t 100% if it’s bdsm-y, but man have you got everything else. plain jane hero! tortured mysterious boss! boss has a backstory that makes him act like an asshole sometimes BUT HE’S JUST MISUNDERSTOOD AND IF YOU ONLY MET HIS FAMILY YOU WOULD KNOW. honestly i think i read it in like a night cause it’s one of those books where there’s just so much angst
