I know I'm pretty picky so here's my expiation of what I like and dislike. I love shows where something happens, getting rid of 99% of Slice Of Life's.

I need character progression and plot progression, I need for the character to achieve their dreams, getting good at something, learning something, training arcs.

I LOVE action, though I don't love all action, I don't like where the character for no reason is op, I don't mind op character, but when they're op with no explanation I can't do that. Though, I hate when characters need to rely on gear to be strong like mecha's, suits, special weapons, it just shows that these characters are bums and need external support to be good.

I LOVE powers, but not every animanga needs powers, I don't like seeing plots where powers feel so forced when the story could've progressed better without them.

Hentai is iffy for me, I like to read it, it's less boring and there's a huge variety, but with Hentai anime it's just very boring, it's just a Slice Of Life, so ultimately I just get bored.

Romance is also iffy for me, most romances don't actually have romance in it and it's just a game of cat and mouse, again, just a Slice Of Life. I love romances where it's an adult cast, and they get together in the first few episodes.

I can read Romances and Slice Of Life's better than I can watch it, which makes sense, a chapter takes like >10 minutes to read if its 21-30 pages, whilst an anime episode is <20 minutes.
