- Remove my makeup everyyy night before bed!
- Do my nails--don't let them chip
- take better care of my appearance in general
- Cook more often--less frozen food
- Take better care of my things (shoes, clothes, car, etc)
- Start listening to NPR again
- Watch less TV (2 shows a week!)
- Clean more: dusting, organizing, etc.
- Call friends more regularly
