• Remove my makeup everyyy night before bed!
  • Do my nails--don't let them chip
  • take better care of my appearance in general
  • Cook more often--less frozen food
  • Take better care of my things (shoes, clothes, car, etc)
  • Start listening to NPR again
  • Watch less TV (2 shows a week!)
  • Clean more: dusting, organizing, etc.
  • Call friends more regularly
