- Everyone has a Facebook or at least knows what it is
- People can't seem to live without their cell phones
- Texting is expected and "everyone" does it
- People are constantly in contact with others
- Parents are less trusting of society and are more over-protective of their children
- Everyone talks about terrorism and 9/11
- Kid's shows have gotten cheaper and extremely lame
- Twelve-year-olds look like they're 16, and sixteen-year-olds look like they are over 21...
- People eat out more often
- Pretty much everyone has their own personal laptop
- Cameras went digital!!! :)
- Reality shows are trying to take over television, unfortunately
