• 1 1/3 c. (1/2 box) Acini Pepe, uncooked
  • 1 3/4 c. Milk
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 sm pkg (4 serving size) Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 20oz can Crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 20oz can pineapple chunks
    • reserving 1/4 c. juice
  • 2 sm. cans Mandarin oranges
  • 2 c. Cool whip
  • 3 c. Mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    • cook pasta for 11 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well. In a large bowl, beat reserved pineapple juice, milk, sugar, and pudding for 2 minutes. Stir in pasta and pineapple, oranges, coolwhip, marshmallows, and coconut. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
