After a long day of screen time, I’ve found that my brain gets "cluttered." These are the tools and rituals I use to clear the mental fog and regain focus:

High-Intensity Physics Breaks: https://slicemaster.net/ – This has become my favorite "micro-ritual." It’s a minimalist physics-based game that requires perfect timing. I use it for 5 minutes after finishing a difficult project to reset my hand-eye coordination. It’s rhythmic, satisfying, and doesn't require a long-term commitment.

The 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, I look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Simple, but essential for avoiding digital eye strain.

Binaural Beats (Alpha Waves): I keep a playlist of low-fi beats focused on Alpha waves to help transition from "work mode" to "home mode."

Tactile Engagement: I keep a high-quality fidget slider on my desk. There is something about the physical click that helps ground my thoughts during long calls.

Single-Tasking Sessions: Once a day, I spend 10 minutes doing one thing (like making tea or gardening) without any music or podcasts in the background.
