I know this is a very early invite for a very late event, but I'll be having my graduation party on August 18. Please let me know if you can make it by late July, as I will be out of town the first week of August and my family will need to know how much food to get prior to that. You do not need to buy or bring anything for this party, just come as you are.

My family is tying my grad party in with the annual concert my dad's band does in our backyard. For those of you who know what I'm talking about, the party will be the same as it is every year, the only difference being you will probably know more people than usual, since I'm permitted to invite more friends than I usually can.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, I will reuse the description I wrote last year: For the past few years my dad and his band have held a concert in my backyard where they play about 30 songs. The whole thing is very laid back. If you only want to come for an hour or two, you can, that's fine. But if you want nachos and cheese, you'll have to be there pretty early, and if you want something from the dessert buffet, you'll have to be there pretty late.

So if you like live music (in this case five 50 year-old men covering bands like Alkaline Trio, Mumford & Sons, The Fratellis, Led Zeppelin + more,) free food, and the company of the coolest people in the world, then this will probably be the greatest night of your life.

I know this is a very early invite for a very late event, I'll be having my graduation party on Saturday, August 13.
