• Get an Excel spreaksheet, fill in the tasks and expand it with all other upcoming tasks you can think of
  • Give all these tasks an estimated number of days required
  • Give the tasks a deadline if there already is one
  • Based on this information, give the other tasks a deadline
  • Use three days of the week for solo-work (developing materials)
  • Use two days of the week for accounts
  • Discuss this overview with your manager: upkeep the document and share it ocntinually
  • Important: some tasks are not your responsibility or just too difficult. Divert these in time to the right people. Remember what K said: just see if you feel comfortable doing it.
  • Talk to more people informally to share your ideas and get some friendly reflection
  • Don't forget you've been trusted to do this. Be open and share your worries. This will be your strength as it was before.
