      • stress <---- just don't eat; put effort into something more postively productive. write in notebook instead. write a story. write a play. practise guitar. write songs. read a book. clean something. take a walk. study. create something. arts & crafts.
    • unable to tell what your body wants. may be (ex:)sleep deprived instead?
