COMMISSION RULES:

• prices are subject to change according to nsfw content, additional characters, or any other additional work, as will be discussed before commission is to be started.
• works in progress will be shown according to the client's desires and reasonable expectations.
• the artist reserves the rights to display any commissioned images in galleries and portfolios. the client may request delayed upload of art in the case of gifts or other time-sensitive art.
  • the client may remain anonymous or request the work remain private, censored, or taken down in the case of nsfw images of personal characters
• the client reserves the right to personal use of the images. commercial use must be cleared by the artist first, and any art uploaded to personal websites or galleries must have a clear artist's signature/watermark and be of a low resolution.
• the client is not allowed to profit off of the commission unless it has been cleared, in writing, by the artist.

PAYMENT:

• commissions under $100 must be paid in full before work is started.
• commissions over $100 must be paid in full before it will be completed past the sketch stage.
• payment will be through paypal primarily, but payment options can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

REFUNDS:

• the artist reserves the right to refund and/or cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behaviour, or as necessary.
• commissions canceled before sketch/layout stage will receive full refund.
• commissions canceled during sketch/layout stage will receive 50% refund.
• commissions canceled after sketch/layout stage will receive no refund, or a proportionate to the work completed, by the artist's discretion.

the client must read, understand, and agree with the terms of service listed above. by sending payment, the client is acknowledging the terms.
