- 65 Push Ups.
- 60 Crunches, Elbow To Opposite Knee.
- 60 Squats.
- 100 Bicycle Crunches/Kicks.
- 30 Leg Extends.
- Wednesday, June 24th;
- 250 Crunches.
- 60 Push Ups.
- 40 Squats.
- 100 Bicycle Crunches/Kicks.
