    • 30 Leg Lifts.
  • Tuesday, June 23rd;
    • 130 Crunches.
    • 65 Push Ups.
    • 60 Crunches, Elbow To Opposite Knee.
    • 60 Squats.
    • 100 Bicycle Crunches/Kicks.
    • 30 Leg Extends.
  • Wednesday, June 24th;
    • 250 Crunches.
    • 60 Push Ups.
    • 40 Squats.
    • 100 Bicycle Crunches/Kicks.
