• Get outside for (at least) an hour everyday
  • Try and cut sugar and processed food out of your diet
  • Stop relying so heavily on technology. After you are done school work, try turning off the laptop.
  • Work on having a normal sleep schedule. Maybe try going to bed at 9 and waking up at 7. I think I might be sleeping too much.
  • Write, play bass, read, swim, get some new hobbies.
  • Try and cope with your emotions, be able to relax and be nice to people. Stop being so uptight about things.
