I've just moved back in with my parents and am trying to keep a healthy diet. They eat primarily meat, so I need to keep a running list of alternatives. I'm hoping they'll try some of my dishes

- Dusty's potatoes, eggs, and veggies (yum!)
- refried beans (with enchilada sauce and milk)
