• don't try too much at once - doing yoga, squat challenge and insanity is difficult to manage with college
  • waking up early makes me feel really good
  • also working out in the morning makes me feel better - coming home to work out just doesn't happen as i'm too tired
  • future learn courses are fun but doing multiple at once is more of a summer thing
  • if i don't plan out my day then nothing will get done
  • reading before bed makes you tired and easier to sleep
  • only did 15 days of yoga but i already feel more flexible and can touch my toes!I am able to realise when I sit in a tense, straining position and let myself relax
  • yoga and meditating have taught me how to be still and breathe. I am able to think more clearly and stop myself from having an anxiety attack.
  • i can see and feel improvements in my body and mindset after only a month of insanity
  • oil pulling works wonders! i see that my teeth are a lot whiter and also my breath is less smelly
  • i'm getting back into my old revision habits again and now i get excited to study.
