    • 1st 20 mins - exercise to release dopamine and serotonin
    • 2nd 20 mins - review plans, goals = write 5 small goals for the day
    • 3rd 20 mins - learn = read, ted talks, study and take notes
  • don't use phone before bed
  • chamomile tea
  • alarm clock away from bed
  • morning stretch or yoga for 5 minutes
  • go to bed at 8pm, 9:30pm, 11pm or 12:30pm
  • create a habit
    • after existing behaviour - brushing teeth or waking up
