- 2nd 20 mins - review plans, goals = write 5 small goals for the day
- 3rd 20 mins - learn = read, ted talks, study and take notes
- don't use phone before bed

- alarm clock away from bed
- morning stretch or yoga for 5 minutes
- go to bed at 8pm, 9:30pm, 11pm or 12:30pm
- create a habit
- after existing behaviour - brushing teeth or waking up
