Arule about parent payments methods:

• By default, tell parents the only method of payment is credit card on ku.zone.
• Alternatively, we can have other payment methods, but only if the parent has a very good reason, and we want the enrolment to fill the class, and it is approved by me:

a) Instalments Payments: to be paid via credit card using ku.zone. The minimum amount of instalments is best, offer the parent 2 payments of X amount (full fee to be divided by the number of payments). Create the invoices on ku.zone and attach it to the enrolment. Write the terms of the payments to the invoice notes.

b) If the parent requests to pay via bank transfer, advise the parent that this method of payment incurs an additional fee of $15 (admin fee) and no instalments apply (full fee must be paid in 1 single transaction). Accounts to create a Xero invoice and send it to the parent, only record the payment on ku.zone once the Xero invoice has been paid.
