- The whole series has been a mixture of flash forwards and flashbacks, not just the finale of season 3.
- Everything we saw with Jack was a flash forward in Season 1 & 2. The snake in the mailbox "flash forward" was present time. The pilot was Jack's second time around.
- This is why Sayid told Rousseau Nadia was dead.
- Hurley was always the person saying the numbers.
He did not overhear them from another patient. The "Mental Institution Hurley" we saw in season 1, was Hurley after the 1970s time travel where he learned of the numbers.
- This is why Kate helped Cassidy when her con
failed at the gas station. (unlikely -where was Clementine?)
- "Hugo" is Hurley's pseudonym akin to Haliwax/Candle. Other characters will get pseudonyms, too.
- The tests the Others made Walt do in season 2 were the same reincarnation tests given to John Locke.
