  • Babish's chocolate chip cookie recipe:
  • 5 cup / 170g White Sugar
  • 5 cups / 510g Brown Sugar
  • 25 cups / 345g Flour
  • 5 tbsp Baking Soda

Directions: Brown 2 sticks of unsalted butter in a small frying pan over medium heat Chill the butter until hardened Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a stand mixer add the cold butter, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 and 1/2 c. brown sugar Cream until combined Crack 2 cold eggs, 1 at a time and mix until combined In a separate medium bowl add:11 oz flour (about 2 1/4 c.)1 tbsp kosher salt (or less)1/2 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp cinnamon or vanilla whisk together until well combined. Add half of dry mixture to wet mixture, when combined, add the other half Adds chocolate chips Place on a cookie sheet and bake 12-17 minutes in a 350 degree oven

  • Okay so the recipe is 1can condensed milk, 2cans milk and 6eggs
  • Mix the milk and condensed milk.

Ingredients:1 tbsp vegetable oil1 large onion, chopped Onion paste Garlic paste Ginger paste Tomato Cauliflower Potatoes Cumin, coriander powder, garam masala Coriander leaves SALT

Directions: Heat oil in deep pan Medium heat: gently fry the onion and garlic for about 5 mins until soft. Add the curry spices and stir-fry for 1-2 mins Add in the cauliflower and the potato and add in a little salt and mix well, covered Cover and steam cook the vegetables for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove the cover and add in the tomato and cook for about 3 minutes. Add water and stir to combine. Continue cooking to thicken sauce. Bring to a simmer then add the fish. Medium heat covered Gently cook for 4-5 mins until the fish flakes easily.
