Ichioka Reina is one of the BEYOOOOONDS Leaders as the leader of CHICA#TETSU. It was announced that she would make her official debut as the leader of the new group in 2017, 5 years after the start of her training period. Her trainee rival was generation-mate Kaga Kaede, who debuted before her. She was the final member of the H!P Kenshuusei's 17th generation to debut.
She has previous experience in working as a child model, and her older sister Ichioka Anna is a member of the disbanded group ONECHANCE.
