- Prize are subject to availability and may change/be modified if the sponsor of the event changes it.
- BTS Malaysia holds no responsibility if the giveaway prize were:
- Not received
- Damaged
- Not up to expectation
- Replaced with a different item
- BTS Malaysia reserves the right to blacklist anyone who broke any giveaway rules (if any)
- BTS Malaysia reserves the right to change or select a different winner if:
- Original selected winner did not respond within the given period.
- Original selected winner found to be dishonest
- Original selected winner gives up on the prize
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to BTS Malaysia
